Hi Mike,
I wanted to let you that I found your interview with J.T. Carter very informative about the formation of the Crests. Thank You for taking the time to do the interviews you put together. As you may know, these interviews serve a very important archival purpose about the history of Doo Wop.
Sincerely,
Walter
Dear Mike
I just listened to my interview with you and let me tell you from the bottom of my heart- in my
career, I must have done over 100 interviews on tv, and radio, etc.but the way you mixed my songs with the narration was without a doubt the best ever. After all these years, I'm glad I met somebody like you
who is a real honest to goodness mench. When Johnny is here in March, it would be my pleasure to go see him with you.
Keep in touch.

Mike, I just finished listening and I LOVED IT!!!! It was great and I love the way you organized it in from the start on up. I can tell Gene really enjoyed it. You did a great job with it, and I loved the way the music coincided with the progression of their career. "Where Do We Go From Here" is at the top of my list, too, and Gene and I have discussed it more than once. I think his vocals are perfection on that song. They're all great, and I, like you, love everything they ever recorded. The very first time I heard "My True Story" in1961, they became my favorite group, and Gene my favorite male vocalist. Thank you for the kind comments you made about me. They are much appreciated. My eyes are half shut - way beyond my bedtime. lol GREAT JOB!!!

Hi Mike
I was honored and touched when you called and asked me to do an interview. The final results turned out far beyond my expectation. Grace and I listened to it from the link you sent me and then again last night on Boston Internet Radio. The way you put the whole production together
incorporating our conversation with the music we discussed was excellent. You have a special gift for interviewing and making a person comfortable talking to you. It was even easier because of our similar backgrounds, like being born in the Bronx and then later moving to L.I.
Thank you again for the interview. Grace also sends her thanks, she had no idea she was going to be included.
I just have to add that Harmony Street is a fantastic website. There is so much to check out but I did listen to your version of "This I Swear"
one if my favorites and wow your voice is fantastic. Very soulful. Also listened to you do "So In Love" on Youtube. Grace and I were thrilled because that was our special request song at our wedding reception 1963 Huntington Town House. We only wish you had been there to sing it.
Mike I am really glad we connected after all these years. Take care and keep the music alive. Talk to you soon.

If you'd like to hear someone with a truly Fantastic voice, go on You Tube and type in your search bar "Harmony Street". When I first heard them on General Montgomery Day in Montgomery N.Y. (Coincidence) years ago then I knew why they called Harmony Street the No.1 overall Doo Wop group in the north east ! No one put me up to this. It was solely my idea and I would hope that Mr. Miller isn't upset with me. He a Tribute to what great talent really is. I thank God for these groups that are helping keeping this great music and era alive ! JC
